Tabish has spent his career at the intersection of strategy and analytics — helping organizations make better decisions with data.
At Box, he leads Business Analytics for Post-Sales. His team delivers analytics and strategic insights across Customer Success and Renewals, covering product adoption, value realization, and retention. They partner with senior GTM and Finance stakeholders to shape strategy and drive customer outcomes. He has helped identify levers that meaningfully improved retention and supported a multi-year transformation.
Tabish joined Box from McKinsey & Company, where he advised clients in Insurance, Financial Services, and Tech on growth strategy, pricing, and digital transformation. Earlier, he was a Strategy Analyst at Yale, supporting senior leaders including the CFO, Provost, and SVP of Operations on complex institutional challenges. He started his career as a Prime Minister's Rural Development Fellow in India, advising regional government on economic development in underserved, conflict-affected areas.
He holds a Master's in Global Affairs from Yale and a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering from NIT Trichy.
